Initially, soft aromas of roasted coffee and caramel dominate, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. In the middle third, more complex, earthy and woody notes come to the fore, harmonising with a pleasant peppery note. These spicy accents add depth without overwhelming the palate. These are complemented by nuances of cedar and a slight leathery note.
