Artista Midnight Toro

The Midnight by Artista is the strongest and fullest-bodied of all Artista cigars. A beautiful, dark and rich Ecuadorian Habano wrapper adorns this cigar. The Connecticut Shade binder from Ecuador lends a subtle sweetness, whilst the filler, sourced from three different countries, develops a highly contrasting flavour profile. A sophisticated cigar with excellent craftsmanship. Perhaps better suited to an evening smoke than a morning coffee. The box-pressed Midnight is available as a Robusto and a Toro .

Artista Midnight – teamwork pays off!

With Arista’s Midnight range, Tabacalera El Artista has broken new ground. For the blend – somewhat unconventionally – the tobacco farmers and, above all, the cigar rollers were also involved. The latter are not normally involved in the creation of a blend. However, when you consider that, firstly, they handle every cigar and, secondly, they are often heavy smokers themselves, it actually makes perfect sense.

About Artista Cigars

Tabacalera El Artista (TEA) has been growing tobacco for around 70 years as a third-generation family business and is one of the largest tobacco producers in the Dominican Republic. Some of the tobacco is used for the company’s own blends, whilst the majority is sold on to cigar manufacturers. Artista’s hand-rolled cigars are the labour of love of Radhames ‘Ram’ Rodriguez, the grandson of the founder, Ramon ‘Pulita’ Rodriguez.
