DESCRIPTION
The extremely dark wrapper leaf of the Maduro line was specially selected for this series and stored for a further 2 years, as the dark colouring is intensified during storage. Only a maximum of 2 % of the entire harvest can be used as wrapper leaves. The balanced sweetness of the Maduro wrapper leaf is in complete contrast to its appearance - it is particularly smooth and easy to digest. The filler is a successful and full-bodied blend of tobaccos from Honduras and Nicaragua. They are rich, complex and highly aromatic. The binder also comes from Honduras to emphasise the characteristics of the country of origin. The result is a full, harmoniously balanced cigar from the wrapper to the filler with flavours of conifers and chocolate.

Erdig, holzig, deftig!
An dieser Flor de Copan gefällt mir besonders, dass sie aromatisch komplex, sehr natürlich und erdig daherkommt. Sie hat den gewissen «Umpf-Effekt» und versteckt ihre dominanten Aromen nicht. Mit einem schottischen Whisky gepaart, eine Wucht. Ach und Unmengen von Rauch produziert das gute Stück. Toll! Sie spielt absolut bei den Grossen mit. Die süssen Noten entdecke ich persönlich nicht, aber wer es kräftig, aromatisch, holzig und erdig will, ist bei dieser Zigarre richtig.
3 - 4 mal musste ich einen Schiefbrand korrigieren. Das ist ärgerlich. Aber was solls…
