Aroma interessant aber mangelhafte Verarbeitung
Die Dios del Sol El Principio Churchill ist für mich eine Zigarre mit einem interessanten Aromaprofil, die jedoch an ihrer mangelhaften Verarbeitung scheitert. Geschmacklich zeigt sie durchaus Potenzial, technisch konnte sie mich leider überhaupt nicht überzeugen.
Geschmacklich bietet sie eine angenehme Kombination aus sanften Gewürznoten wie Muskat, Kümmel und weiteren feinen Gewürzen. Begleitet wird das Ganze von einer leichten Cremigkeit sowie sehr dezenten Pfeffernoten im Hintergrund. Das Aromaprofil wirkt harmonisch und macht neugierig auf den weiteren Rauchverlauf.
Leider trübt die Technik den Genuss erheblich. Das Rauchvolumen ist eher gering und die Zigarre musste ständig durch kräftige Züge am Brennen gehalten werden. Der Abbrand verlief zudem so einseitig, dass ich sie bereits nach der Hälfte des ersten Drittels abgelegt und zu einer anderen Zigarre gegriffen habe.
Das ist besonders schade, denn geschmacklich hätte diese Zigarre durchaus das Potenzial für eine deutlich bessere Bewertung. Solange die technischen Mängel jedoch so gravierend sind, kann ich sie leider nicht empfehlen.
