La Aroma del Caribe Pasion Encanto

La Aroma del Caribe Pasión is crafted by Jose ‘Pepin’ Garcia and Jaime Garcia using the finest premium tobaccos. The premium tobaccos used come from the family’s prized estates, which are situated in Nicaragua’s finest growing regions: Estelí, Jalapa and Namanji.

Unique microclimate

Pasión is wrapped in a stunning, lustrous shade-grown wrapper from the fields of Namanji. The tobacco plants thrive there in the unique microclimate, 18 miles east of Estelí, where the Garcias recognised the region’s untapped potential more than a decade ago. Warm days, cool nights and fertile black soil produce tobaccos of exceptional flavour, quality and aroma. Today, shade-grown wrappers are cultivated on over a third of the 300-hectare private estate.

Extravagant flavour

Every leaf used for the wrapper, binder and filler harvested for the Pasión undergoes a meticulous three-stage fermentation process in accordance with traditional methods. This blend offers aromas of smoked cashew, leather, molasses and cedar wood, which envelop the palate with an extravagant spiciness and a medium-bodied to full-bodied finish.
