The Omar Ortez Original is crafted in Nicaragua from 100% Nicaraguan tobaccos: a dark Nicaraguan wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and a long filler made from selected ligeros. The result is a medium to full-bodied profile with clear, direct flavours and a long finish – the classic ‘Nica-Power’ for which the Originals have been renowned for years. Production takes place within the Ortez family/Altadis structure, with short supply chains from the field to the factory to ensure maximum consistency.
