DESCRIPTION
The Oscar Valladares Raw Dog Gordito is an unusual cigar, or is it a cigar at all? Because the Raw Dog has no wrapper in the regular sense and looks like a mangy street dog. This is probably what the Raw Dog Gordito is named after. Shaggy, unruly and neglected, at least that's the first impression.
Only binder and filler
As the cigar only consists of a binder and filler, it does not have a classic head end but the tobacco is loose. This means that the cigar does not have to be cut.
Spicy with woody notes
Once the 60 ring gauge cigar is lit, it develops woody and spicy notes with an earthy flavour. Anyone who has ever wondered whether the wrapper is really necessary for a cigar can test it out with this cigar. The flavour of the cigar is convincing, there may be the occasional crooked burn, but this can easily be corrected with a lighter.
