DESCRIPTION
The Perdomo Double Aged 12 Year Vintage are cigars made with Perdomo's best 12-year-old filler tobaccos, binder and wrapper leaves. After these rare tobaccos have fermented optimally for ten years in the bale, they are subjected to a further two years of fermentation in bourbon oak barrels. Hence the name Double Aged. This very complex process is carried out separately for all tobacco leaves in the blend (seco, viso, ligero) as well as for the binder and wrapper leaves. The tobacco is stored in previously burnt white oak bourbon barrels, which produces the perfect colours, textures and aromas of these tobaccos. Taken together, this makes every Double Aged 12 Year Vintage a perfectly balanced and full flavour experience.

Notes of dark chocolate, coffee and sweet spices deliver a medium to full-bodied profile with optimal texture, aroma and flavour.

Gewohnt super Qualität
Die Zigarre ist wie fast alle dieser Marke sehr gut, kräftig und ein gutes Aromaprofil.
Die Aromen entwickeln sich auch schön mit vortschreitendem Abbrand. Noch dazu, einmal angezündet, wars ein selbstburner, also top.
Röstaromen, Erde, Gewürze und viel Schokolade kommt deutlich rüber. Etwas natürliche Süsse, Leder, Kaffee, Zimt und Nuss kam im Gaumen auch an.
Ich persönlich finde, dass es preiswertere und komplexere Zigarren für den Preis des selben Herstellers gibt, das ist wohl aber immer Ansichtssache.
Ich kann sie ohne Einschränkunng empfehlen

Köstlich
Wunderschön gerollte Zigarre. Köstlich dunkle Aromen mit wunderbar eingebundenen würzigen Aromen und einer zurückhaltend angenehmen Süsse. Sehr zu empfehlen.
