Sabatini London Dry Gin 70cl

Sabatini Gin is the result of a collaboration between the Thames Distillery in London, which handles the distillation and bottling, and the Sabatini family in Arezzo, Italy, who are responsible for the recipe and botanicals. As well as juniper, this gin features lavender, olive leaves and lemon verbena, and is sold in an attractive bottle.

Spicy on the nose. On the palate, the juniper comes through clearly before notes of fennel and iris emerge. Long and spicy on the finish.
