Trinidad Robusto Extra – Premier Edition: Origin & Format

Hand-rolled in Cuba – long-filler cigars made from Vuelta Abajo tobaccos. The vitola de galera is ‘Dobles Pt’ and measures 155 mm with a ring gauge of 50 (approx. 19.8 mm in diameter). The Premier Edition has been reissued to mark the brand’s 55th anniversary and comes in elegant boxes containing 3 or 12 cigars; in addition to the classic Trinidad wrapper, the cigars feature a commemorative secondary wrapper and a foot band. Typical of Trinidad: the pigtail head as an elegant trademark.

On the smoke, the Trinidad Robusto Extra – Premier Edition is medium-bodied with a creamy, silky texture and a full mouthfeel. Leading notes of cedarwood and gentle spice meet hints of honey and caramel, nut, fine leather and subtle coffee and cocoa; with occasional flashes of tea-like and floral nuances.
