VAUEN INTRO #3 Beginner’s Set

The ideal introduction to the world of pipe smoking: the Vauen INTRO #3 Beginner Set

The Vauen INTRO #3 Beginner Set offers a well-thought-out and high-quality introduction to the pleasure of pipe smoking. At its heart is a meticulously crafted Vauen pipe made from selected briar wood, which impresses with its balanced shape and comfortable grip. The timeless design combines traditional German pipe-making craftsmanship with modern practicality for everyday use. This set is aimed at beginners who want to prioritise quality and a well-rounded package right from the start.

Fully equipped for your first smoke

As well as the pipe, the INTRO #3 Beginner Set contains a practical basic kit to ensure a successful start. The set usually includes 9 mm filters, a pipe cleaner and a tamper or combination tool. This means you’ll be perfectly prepared to get started straight away with your first fill. For generations, Vauen has stood for ‘Made in Germany’ quality, combining precise craftsmanship with durable materials – a standard that is also reflected in this set.

Instructions for use

Before first use, the pipe should be gently smoked in to build up an even protective layer in the bowl. The tobacco should be packed loosely to moderately firmly to ensure optimal air circulation. After smoking, it is advisable to allow the pipe to cool completely before removing ash and tobacco residue. The draw channel and mouthpiece can be thoroughly cleaned with pipe cleaners to ensure a consistently clean flavour profile. Regular periods of rest extend the life of the pipe and ensure a consistently pleasant smoking experience.
