The AVO Expresivo Churchill combines a classically elegant format with an expressive multi-terroir blend from Honduras, Nicaragua and Ecuador. Thanks to its generous length, the flavours develop slowly and with exceptional nuance. Earthy, roasted notes dominate the opening, before leather, wood and mineral accents emerge. As the smoke develops, spicy, fruity and floral notes come to the fore. The creamy, smoky texture and a subtle natural sweetness create a harmonious counterpoint to the medium-bodied to full-bodied intensity.

A complex blend from three countries of origin

The smooth wrapper comes from Ecuador and encloses a Honduran binder. In the filler, AVO combines carefully selected tobaccos from Honduras and Nicaragua. This combination lends the cigar both earthy depth and aromatic vibrancy. The different terroirs complement each other to create a balanced overall profile: Honduras contributes structure, roasted notes and spice, whilst Nicaraguan tobaccos add sweet, fruity and floral accents. The long-filler cigar is manufactured in Honduras.

A creamy development with dark roasted flavours

In the first third, the AVO Expresivo Churchill opens with earthy, roasted notes and dark chocolate. The smoke is creamy and possesses a pleasant, understated sweetness. In the middle section, leather and wood come more to the fore. A subtle mineral note and hints of ground almonds lend the profile additional depth. Towards the finish, the spiciness increases slightly. Allspice, dried fruit and subtle floral nuances ensure a varied finish without overshadowing the balanced underlying structure.

Elegant Churchill format for prolonged enjoyment

Measuring 178 millimetres in length, with a diameter of around 19 millimetres and a ring gauge of 48, the Churchill format offers an extended smoking experience lasting approximately 60 to 75 minutes. The slimmer ring gauge concentrates the flavours and encourages a slow, clearly discernible development. When smoked at a leisurely pace, the smoke remains pleasantly cool and the delicate sweetness is preserved right through to the final third. This cigar is particularly well-suited to relaxed evenings and moments of mindful enjoyment, where there is ample time to savour the individual aromatic transitions.
