The Crowned Heads Jericho Hill range is the label’s fourth series and a Nicaraguan puro through and through. The dark San Andrés wrapper, combined with the finest tobaccos in the filler and binder, creates a complex and robust flavour profile. The body is very full-bodied and satisfying. Crowned Heads themselves describe the smoking experience as one that flows across the palate at breakneck speed, racing a hundred miles through the mouth and leaving behind a cloud of power, intensity and excitement. Admittedly an American exaggeration, but the gist of the description is spot on. A cigar for lovers of stronger, more intense blends.

Jericho Hill – Inspired by Johnny Cash!

The Crowned Heads Jericho Hill range is inspired by the song ‘Cocaine Blues’ from the album ‘At Folsom Prison’ by the famous musician Johnny Cash. In the song, a man named Willy Lee, who has gone off the rails, is arrested by the sheriff of Jericho Hill in Mexico. We’re not quite sure what exactly this has to do with a cigar. But the lads at Crowned Heads certainly aren’t short of imagination.
