Davidoff XO Cognac 70cl

The Davidoff name is best known in connection with cigars, although the company also sells other luxury goods such as perfumes, wristwatches, leather goods, coffee and cognac. The brand traces its origins to the Russian-Swiss entrepreneur Zino Davidoff, who once made his name with his Cuban Havana cigars. Since 1970, Davidoff has been part of the Basel-based company Oettinger Imax AG, which became the Oettinger Davidoff Group in 2013. Davidoff Cognac is produced in collaboration with the world-renowned manufacturer Moët Hennessy and is said – unsurprisingly – to pair particularly well with a Davidoff cigar. This amber-coloured XO cognac is presented in an elegantly packaged decanter that is almost reminiscent of a perfume bottle. The flavour is reminiscent of peaches, nectarines, walnuts, honey, vanilla cream, oak and spices.
