DESCRIPTION

Bulleit Bourbon is made from a grain blend comprising 68% maize, 28% rye and 4% barley malt; in keeping with the philosophy of Thomas E. Bulleit’s great-great-great-grandfather, this blend contains a relatively high proportion of rye. Combined with water filtered through limestone and the charred oak casks used during the multi-year production process, this results in a whisky with flavours reminiscent of maple, oak, nutmeg and spices. Bulleit Bourbon can be used to create a whole range of drinks and cocktails, including Bourbon Lemonade, Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, Bourbon & Tonic, Mint Julep and Bourbon Swizzle.
