Cohiba – a super-premium brand
The very word ‘Cohiba’ is unique, as it is not of Spanish origin but a loanword from the indigenous Taíno people, referring to the wrapping of the tobacco leaves. Many different characteristics make a Cohiba the most exclusive of all Habanos. Firstly, there is the origin of the leaves – they come exclusively from the five finest Vegas de Primera in the Vuelta Abajo tobacco-growing region, specifically from the areas of San Juan y Martínez and San Luis. Another unique feature of a Cohiba is the – third – fermentation of two of the three filler leaves – this gives the Cohiba its irresistible aroma and inimitable flavour.

Ratings
What Cigar Aficionado says
“A hint of ground pepper lends a certain piquancy to this Petit Corona, which draws well but has a somewhat uneven burn. Notes of leather and orange peel grow in intensity as the cigar progresses. " Cigar Aficionado, 1 April 2023

Wow, das war eine gute Zigarre!
Wow, das war eine gute Zigarre! Sehr gute Verarbeitung. Sehr ölig. Für mich eher eine stärkere (vor allem zu Beginn) und würzige Zigarre, aber noch nicht zu stark. Sehr aromatisch mit einer gewissen Süsse und leicht cremig. Ein wirklich gute Zigarre. 9/10
