E.P. Carrillo
DESCRIPTION
E.P. Carrillo Encore is a premium range that has long enjoyed cult status amongst many aficionados – and for good reason: it is crafted with precision, wonderfully balanced and boasts a flavour profile that unfolds with every puff. What makes the Encore blend so special is its consistent focus on Nicaraguan tobaccos, which are carefully aged and ‘blended’. As a result, despite its noticeable depth, the cigar never feels harsh, but rather creamy, elegant and very harmonious – ideal for anyone who loves complexity but doesn’t want to compromise on balance.
An excellent Family Series with a refined finish
Encore is part of the Perez-Carrillo Family Series and is rolled at the renowned Tabacalera La Alianza in the Dominican Republic. The flavour profile is typical of ‘Encore’: earthy and woody notes, subtle spices, a delicate sweetness, and increasingly pronounced roasted and coffee undertones as the cigar progresses. Smoked slowly, the cigar is particularly well-rounded – perfect with an espresso, a mild rum or a whisky that isn’t too peaty.
Four sizes – four ways to experience the same character
The Majestic (Robusto) is the classic of the range: compact, dense and very well-balanced – ideal if you want to experience the full Encore character in a reasonable amount of time. The Valiente (Belicoso/Torpedo) offers even greater focus and a slightly ‘more precise’ interplay of flavours thanks to its pointed head shape. As a longer format, the Celestial offers a more gradual development and plenty of time for nuances to unfold. And the El Primero is the connoisseur’s choice for long evenings: more length, more complexity, more depth – perfect if you’re looking for an intense yet controlled experience.
Why Encore fits in every humidor
Encore is a range that delights from the very first smoke and gets even better after some ageing: the flavours become rounder, the sweetness is integrated more cleanly, and the spiciness comes across as even more elegant. In short: a sure-fire recommendation for connoisseurs who value quality, consistency and a ‘fully developed’ flavour profile.

Boxpressed ist mal was anderes...
