DESCRIPTION

The small Altona-based spirits distillery was founded in 2013. The copper still in the distillery has a capacity of just 100 litres, as that is all that is needed for this artisanal, meticulously executed process. The base for Gin Sul is deliberately distilled very slowly and in small batches to allow the flavours to develop fully. The ingredients include rosemary, rose petals, lemon peel and rockrose, a curious plant native to the Portuguese Atlantic coast.
