Gin Mare Mediterranean Gin 70cl

Gin Mare is characterised by the following four botanicals: thyme from Turkey, rosemary from Greece, basil from Italy and green Arbequina olives from Spain. A 36-hour maceration of these ingredients in alcohol, followed by redistillation using the traditional pot still method, is key to Gin Mare’s aroma. However, the spirit also contains the botanicals typical of gin: juniper, cardamom and citrus.
