JC - Swiss Dry Gin 50cl

For the love of gin. Swiss. Mediterranean. Authentic. Truly different. To create a truly exceptional gin, we use sun-kissed juniper berries from Tuscany, carefully harvested coriander seeds from the Fribourg region, and robust angelica. Its distinctive character is derived from spicy pepper, sweet, sensual tonka beans and a pinch of a secret ingredient. Gentle maceration helps this harmonious blend reach its aromatic peak, which is perfected through subsequent triple distillation using the labour-intensive pot-still method . JC-Gin was born out of a love of gin. A gin that combines the Mediterranean way of life with Swiss precision, thereby setting a new benchmark for the purity requirements of the dry gin method. A gin that captivates with its spiciness and guarantees a delightful experience.

Tasting notes

Nose: A fresh, delicate opening of juniper, giving way to bergamot and cinnamon
Palate: Complex, with a sweet, rounded opening, followed by spice
