Lampert Rum 12 years 70cl

This exquisite flavour profile is achieved through a blend of rums aged for 12 years in white oak barrels that were previously used as bourbon barrels.
The 12 year old LAMPERT RUM truly captures the essence of patience, passion, perseverance and triumph. Aromas of buttery, wet oak, cola nut and pistachio lead to creamy, dry vanilla, orange blossom, dried fruit and toffee before a subtle hint of aniseed.
On the palate, a balanced coconut husk entry walks the fine line between sweet and dry as a cascade of cream soda, dark fruits, vanilla custard, toasted oak and coconut husk develops before revealing a flavour of dry, toasted wood with a hint of aniseed. The palate remains well balanced on the long finish.
