The family-run company Santa Teresa looks back on a 200-year tradition of rum production. Every single rum is carefully aged in oak casks and is a delight for the palate of any connoisseur. The rum’s fine spices are highly aromatic and offer a harmonious richness of flavour. They can be very mild in flavour, yet still stand out for their strong aromas. The company has increasingly had the opportunity to enter its unique rum varieties into international rum competitions. This was recognised, for example, at “Caribbean Week” in 2000 in the “Premium Rums” category, where it won the Silver Award, and again in 2001 with the Bronze Award.
