The 1731 Central America XO is a blend that combines rums from three different countries of origin: Guatemala, Panama and Belize.

The rums in this Central American blend range in age from 2 to 6 years. Composed of a 2-year-old rum from Belize, a 4-year-old rum from Guatemala and a 6-year-old rum from Panama.

The rums used were distilled at the following locations:

• Guatemala: Darsa Distillery
• Panama: Varela Hermanos
• Belize: Travellers Liquors Ltd

Great importance is attached to natural colour and authentic flavour, without the use of any additives. 100% distilled in column stills.

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Amber.
• Nose: Caramel, orange peel, peaches, apricots and liquorice.
• Palate: Caramel sweets, almonds, oak.
• Finish: Medium-long, sweet and round.
