DESCRIPTION
The Candela wrapper leaves (also known as Double Claro or Claro-Claro) get their special green colouring through special processing. Candela wrapper leaves are harvested earlier. They are less long on the plant. As a result, the leaves are thinner than other wrapper leaves and their colour is lighter. After harvesting, the short, rapid drying process preserves the chlorophyll contained in the leaves and gives the wrapper leaves their exceptional green colour.
The Candela wrapper leaf, which is placed on the dark Nicaraguan wrapper leaf, offers a unique smoking experience.
