DESCRIPTION
J.C. Newman emigrated to the USA in 1888 and founded the J.C. Newman Cigar Company in Florida seven years later. In 1937, he launched the Brick House cigar brand, which is a tribute to J.C. Newman's childhood home.
Until the Cuban revolution, Brick House cigars were made exclusively from Cuban tobacco. As this was no longer possible after the revolution, he switched to Nicaraguan tobacco. Today, Brick House cigars are made exclusively from Nicaraguan tobacco.
Brick House cigars are among the best-selling long-fillers in the USA and are regularly awarded top marks by Cigar Aficionado and Cigar Journal.
