DESCRIPTION
The Davidoff Chefs Edition 2025 is the latest limited collaboration between Davidoff and internationally recognised top chefs - created for connoisseurs who also seek culinary sophistication in their cigar. As an elegant Toro, it combines masterful craftsmanship with a flavour reminiscent of fine dining - perfect for special moments and sophisticated humidors.
Davidoff Chefs Edition 2025 - the idea
Five Michelin-starred chefs with a total of 11 Michelin stars contributed their trained palates to the development of the Davidoff Chefs Edition 2025: Christian Bau (Victor's Fine Dining), Michael Beltran (Ariete), Nick Bril (The Jane), Paolo Casagrande (Lasarte) and Kirk Westaway (JAAN). The result is a cigar that harmoniously combines elegance, balance and culinary inspiration.
Blend, format & limitation
The Davidoff Chefs Edition 2025 comes as a Toro 6¼" x 52 with an Ecuador wrapper, Mexican San Andrés binder and Dominican filler made from, among other things, 15-year matured San Vicente, Hybrid 98 and Piloto Seco, which was matured for five years in Yagua palm leaves - a first for Davidoff. It is packaged in boxes of 10; production is limited to 17,500 boxes worldwide, with 5,600 boxes planned for the US market. Recommended retail price: USD 55 per cigar. Delivery start: 11 September 2025.
Flavours & moment of pleasure
The Davidoff Chefs Edition 2025 is complex and silky when smoked: at the beginning, it has a light cayenne flavour and a creamy, sludge-like texture, accompanied by lemon zest, rosewood and leather; later, coffee and oak complete the picture. The categorisation is medium to medium-bodied - balanced and long-lasting.
Presentation & collector's value
The elegant wooden box with white marble top is inspired by everyday kitchen life and is reminiscent of a chopping board; the back has grooves for presenting the cigars. Thanks to its strict limitation and innovative recipe, the Davidoff Chefs Edition 2025 is a coveted item for aficionados and collectors.
