The Palmar Arriba cigars are perfectly crafted and very affordable medium fillers. The cigars are rolled by hand and finished with an exceptionally high-quality Connecticut Shade wrapper and therefore do not have to shy away from comparison with significantly more expensive cigars. Only Dominican Ligeros and Seco Dominicana tobaccos are used for the filler and binder. These mild, fruity cigars from "Don Esteban" are ideal for beginners.
The Palmar cigars are available in most standard formats and offer extremely good value for money, making them a real alternative to other expensive long-filler cigars. Tastingreport

Value for money is OK – but still poor
You can’t really complain at that price. The draw is very good for me, though there’s practically no flavour and only a bit of strength. But it’s still all right for the price.

Poor
Poor draw, no strength, no flavour. Unfortunately, I had to bin it. Not recommended, not even at that low price
