He started out in the tobacco industry as a teenager and worked at Tabadom from the 1980s, where he was responsible for Davidoff's production and quality control until his retirement in 2022. Eladio achieved great fame through the creation of the Davidoff Oro Blanco, which brought him worldwide fame.

The Gilbert de Montsalvat Signature cigars are each packaged in 12 pieces in an elegant white box. The cigar is produced in Eladio Diaz's boutique factory. A cigar blended by a legend!

Deep sweetness paired with notes of coffee

The Gilbert de Montsalvat Signature bears the signature of Eladio Diaz through and through. The blend of six different tobaccos, all of which were grown in the Dominican Republic, is a so-called puro. A light to medium-bodied classic Dominican cigar. Excellently crafted and with an incredibly deep sweetness paired with notes of coffee and roasted flavours as well as subtle bitter almonds. The full-bodied smoke volume rounds off this blend perfectly.
