The Joya de Nicaragua Número Uno L'Ambassadeur is an exquisite cigar that was originally developed as a diplomatic gift for heads of state and dignitaries. Since its official market launch, it has received numerous awards and is considered a masterpiece of cigar art.
Origin and production
This cigar is handmade in Nicaragua by the renowned Joya de Nicaragua manufactory. It consists of an exquisite blend of Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos, wrapped in a fine Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. This combination gives the cigar its unique character and outstanding quality.
Format and design
L'Ambassadeur is presented in the elegant Lonsdale format with a length of 6 5/8 inches (168 mm) and a ring gauge of 44. A special feature is the artistic pigtail on the head of the cigar, which emphasises its perfect craftsmanship. The belly band impresses with a simple but striking design in strong blue, which immediately catches the eye.

The Número Uno L'Ambassadeur offers a mild to medium-bodied smoking experience with a remarkable complexity and elegance. Very good, but not my cup of tea
I’d agree with the description of the cigar, so there’s really nothing more I can add. Personally, I find it simply far too mild, which is why I’m only giving it 4 out of 5 points. For someone else, it might well be 5 out of 5, but this is just my opinion.
That said, I don’t think it’s worth more than 12.-.

Pure pleasure
My favourite cigar. Perfectly crafted, a brilliant smoke with plenty of smoke volume. I’ve smoked at least 70 of them by now, and every single one has been a real treat.
