Kaniché XO Double Wood Rum 70cl

Only a few rums in this price range manage to impress both hand-hot and on ice. It embodies its Barbados origins like no other with its variety of flavours and depth. Produced in column stills, it impresses on the palate with wonderful flavours of dried fruit, ripe bananas, vanilla, caramel and pleasantly chocolaty tones, always accompanied by a multi-layered spiciness. The Karniché XO Rum bears its nickname Double Wood due to its double maturation: first in the tropical climate of the Lesser Antilles, before being finished in cognac barrels in the temperate climate of Maison Ferrand's barrel cellars.
