Origin & format
The Partagás Hab aneros is made entirely by hand(Totalmente a Mano) from tobaccos from the Vuelta Abajo. The format is a Belvederes (also "Short Panetela"): 125 mm in length with ring gauge 39 - compact, elegant and concentrated in flavour. Historically, the Vitola was long regarded as an insider tip in the Partagás portfolio and is now available as a regular production in a classic 25-count box. The combination of slim ring gauge and traditional Partagás flavour makes the Partagás Habaneros a short smoke full of character and format.
Flavours & strength
The Partagás Habaneros has a robust yet harmonious signature in the smoke: cedar wood and earth as a foundation, plus leather, roasted coffee and subtle pepper accents. Depending on the burn-off phase, cocoa, nuts and a subtle caramel/vanilla sweetness emerge to balance the strong character. The strength is medium to full, but remains easy to control - ideal for aficionados and aficionados who appreciate authenticity and depth in a compact format.

Three-quarters of the box has manufacturing defects
Three-quarters of the box of 25 I ordered are unsuitable for smoking, as no smoke comes through

Manufacturing defect
The draw on the cigar was so strong that I couldn’t smoke it at all. So, unfortunately, I can’t even comment on the flavour.

Top-notch flavour
A very aromatic cigar. A real treat. I find it rather mild. I’m deducting one point because the draw is very tight.
Nevertheless, I’d recommend buying it, as everything else about it is superb.
