Stammheimer Single Malt is produced exclusively from ingredients sourced from the Canton of Zurich – more specifically, from the Stammertal valley. The Stammertal is Switzerland’s largest hop-growing region, and so Stammheimer whisky also has its origins in hops. This is why it is matured for over three years in oak beer casks, which give it its distinctive flavour.
