Not too bad, but not great either
I agree with the reviews so far. The first few centimetres are relatively difficult to smoke. After that, the smoke volume improves. Under no circumstances should you cut it open; just make a small hole and remove the band at the very last moment. That’s why I can only recommend this format to a limited extent. Not recommended for an enjoyable smoking experience.

A welcome alternative
The Gigante size alone is enough to attract envious glances. An outstanding medium-filler cigar at an attractive price. It burns evenly, offers a consistent draw and a pleasant variety of flavours. This cigar delivers enjoyment right to the very end. Highly recommended.

Not recommended
It crumbles in the mouth, flakes and burns very unevenly. We cut one open; the contents consisted of a jumble of bits, lumps and twigs, as well as some strands.

I think it’s very good!
I really can’t understand the poor reviews. For 5 francs, this cigar is in a league of its own. It is and remains a medium-filler, but for this price it’s simply top-notch.

Pretty good for the price!
Great value for money. Of course, it can’t compete with a Alec Bradley Lancero, but that costs almost three times as much.

Poor quality and lots of tobacco ribs (woody parts of the tobacco leaf) in the filler. The cigars were also far too dry on delivery
– even though they were relatively cheap, they weren’t worth the price
