Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon Whiskey 70cl

Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon Whiskey 70cl The Buffalo Trace Distillery is responsible for the complete production of Sazerac Bourbon Whiskeys. All bourbons produced in this traditional distillery are matured in warehouses that are over a hundred years old. These are constructed from solid wooden beams and covered with brick tiles. This creates natural cycles of warming and cooling that follow Kentucky's four distinct seasons - ideal conditions for the bourbon to mature in the natural course of time. Buffalo Trace was the first distillery to consciously utilise this method of ageing back in 1859 - and still uses it today. The result is a harmonious straight bourbon with a balance of sweetness, spice and woody notes: There is vanilla, caramel and a hint of honey on the nose, while fine oak flavours complement notes of spices and dried fruit on the palate. The long, smooth finish makes Buffalo Trace an ideal bourbon for pure enjoyment, on ice or as a high-quality base for classic cocktails.
