Camacho

DESCRIPTION

The Camacho Limited Edition 2026 is the second release in the exclusive ‘Boldly Built by Masters’ series and pays tribute to Camacho’s Master Blending Competence Centre. For this limited-edition cigar, Camacho combines tobaccos from four different countries of origin to create a complex multi-origin blend. Hand-rolled in Honduras, it comes in a sophisticated Perfecto format, which not only catches the eye but also influences the development of flavour whilst smoking. With a medium-to-full strength rating of 4 out of 6, the Limited Edition offers a characterful smoke in which spice, creamy notes and herbal undertones blend harmoniously.

Camacho Limited Edition 2026 in the Perfecto format

Measuring 152 mm in length and with a ring gauge of 56, the cigar boasts an imposing Perfecto format with a maximum diameter of around 22 mm. The tapered ends and wider middle section make this format particularly challenging to produce. At the same time, the perceived proportions of the wrapper, binder and filler change as the cigar is smoked. As a result, the blend develops through several clearly distinguishable flavour phases. Camacho states that the cigar takes approximately 60 to 80 minutes to smoke.

Four countries united in one blend

The wrapper comes from Ecuador and envelops a binder from Honduras. For the filler, Camacho uses tobaccos from Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. This combination gives the cigar its multifaceted character. Initially, black pepper and robust spicy notes dominate, accompanied by earth, leather and dry wood. In the second third, the profile becomes noticeably creamier. The initial spiciness becomes rounder and more harmonious, without losing its intensity entirely. In the final third, herbal notes and warm spices come to the fore more strongly, accompanied by a lingering creaminess and a clean, rather dry finish.

Limited-edition craftsmanship from Camacho

The Limited Edition 2026 is all about the people behind the Camacho blends. The technically demanding Perfecto format underlines the artisanal standards of this special edition. Just 4,000 boxes, each containing 15 hand-rolled cigars, are produced worldwide. It is presented in a matt black wooden box with white and gold detailing, featuring the distinctive Camacho scorpion. A viewing window in the shape of a chaveta – the traditional tool of cigar rollers – further emphasises the theme of craftsmanship. For connoisseurs of spicy, complex cigars with a noticeable evolution, this Limited Edition offers a particularly interesting smoking experience.
