He soon rose to the position of Galera supervisor and eventually became a highly respected master blender at the renowned Tabacos Dominicanos (TABADOM) tobacco factory. During this time, he created over 3,400 different blends, which garnered attention in the cigar world.

Today, Eladio Diaz is a globally recognised master blender whose influence and expertise extend far beyond the Dominican Republic. Together with his children, he carries on the legacy he has built up over decades of dedication and passion.
