La Preferida, which means "the most beloved", is a creation by Didier Houvenaghel, who also created Nicarao, La Ley and Furria. Fine flavours of coffee, chocolate and earth, accompanied by a slight sweetness, make for an exquisite smoking experience. La Preferida is produced by A.J. Fernandez in Nicaragua.
