It forms part of the exclusive Línea Maestra range, which was first unveiled at the 23rd Habanos Festival in March 2023. All the tobaccos in this range come exclusively from the San Luis region in Pinar del Río, which gives the cigar a distinctive aromatic complexity.

The Rito is presented in the classic Churchill format with a so-called ‘tapered head’, a conical shape reminiscent of the historic 109 format. This shape is rare among modern Cuban cigars and lends the cigar an elegant appearance. The packaging consists of an elegant, blue-lacquered box containing 20 cigars, each of which is fitted with a blue band bearing the name of the vitola.
