La Ley are medium-strength cigars from the A.J. Fernandez factory. These fine cigars were created by Didier Houvenaghel, who himself studied agricultural economics at the University of Pinar del Rio in Cuba. The name La Ley comes from an old Cuban cigar brand dating back to the 19th century.
