Since 2002, Käser's Schloss has been one of the best distilleries in Europe and also one of the most creative. The Tschin is distilled with cherry blossom. This floral flavour is rounded off with woodruff and wild berries from the region. The juniper also comes from the Fricktal, where it is called "Reckholder". It gives Tschin its typical gin flavour. All in all, Tschin is a mild floral gin, which is also supported by the lower alcohol content of 40%. The handcrafted bottle of this gin certainly deserves special mention. It is corked, tied and waxed with great attention to detail. The label is certainly an eye-catcher with its thick, scooped paper and colouring.
