Cohiba celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2016 and, to mark the occasion, created a new cigar designed to commemorate this milestone. The Cohiba Medio Siglo reflects this in its name, as ‘Medio Siglo’ means ‘half a century’. With this cigar, Cohiba is also venturing into a completely new format.
Short with a thick ring gauge
With a ring gauge of 52 and a length of 102 mm, the Medio Siglo is short and thick. And that’s exactly how it feels when smoking the cigar. The smoking experience begins much like a Siglo I. After a while, the cigar evolves into a Siglo VI. With the Medio Siglo, Cohiba has created a cigar that perfectly embodies the last 50 years.

Cigar exterior: Oily wrapper with a subtle sheen.

Smoke: Creamy and sweet with a medium smoke volume.

Perfect cigar
So far the best cigar I had. Balanced taste, medium draw. I would have it more often, but the price is too steep for me.
If you have the budget don't think twice.

Perfekt, wenn auch teuer
Eine perfekte Zigarre in allen Belangen. Einzig der Preis ist etwas hoch, deshlab nur 8 von 10 Punkten. Aber das ist man ja bei Cohiba gewohnt.
