DESCRIPTION
Cohiba celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2016 and has created a new cigar to commemorate the occasion. The Cohiba Medio Siglo also bears this in its name, as "Medio Siglo" means half a century. Cohiba has also ventured into a completely new format with this cigar.
Short with a thick ring gauge
With a ring gauge of 52 and a length of 102 mm, the Medio Siglo is short and thick. This is also the case when smoking the cigar. The cigar is started like a Siglo I. After a while, the cigar develops into a Siglo VI. With the Medio Silgo, Cohiba has created a cigar that perfectly epitomises the last 50 years.

Cigars on the outside: Oily wrapper with a fine lustre.
Cigarson the inside: Medium rolling, good workmanship.
Smoke: Creamy and sweet with medium smoke volume.
Flavour: Earth with some leather, toast, coffee and pepper
Burn: Good burning behaviour

" Golden brown in colour, this well-constructed short Robusto is topped with a flat head and triple-seam cap. The first puffs are a little grassy, but quickly reveal a richly layered smoke of almond, coffee bean, oak, vanilla and rum, culminating in a walnut finish. The draw and burn are open and even. A perfect cigar
So far, the best cigar I’ve had. A balanced flavor and a medium draw. I’d have it more often, but the price is too steep for me.
If you can afford it, don’t think twice.

Perfect, albeit expensive
A perfect cigar in every respect. Only the price is a bit high, which is why it scores just 8 out of 10. But that’s what you’d expect from Cohiba.
