Mombasa Club Gin 70cl

Mombasa Club Gin is based on four-times-distilled grain spirit, whilst its spicy aroma is attributable to hand-picked botanicals such as cassia bark, caraway, cloves and juniper berries. The old-fashioned bottle design is entirely justified; after all, this type of gin was already being served in the VIP Club in the Kenyan coastal city of Mombasa during the days of the British Empire. Of course, back then the spirit came from ‘good old Britain’ and suited the tastes of the wealthy colonial settlers. These days, the renowned Thames Distillers in London have taken up the mantle.
