DESCRIPTION
The Aged Maduro range is one of Ashton’s masterpieces. Wrapped in a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, these cigars captivate with their initially quite sweet smoke, which gradually develops into a rich flavour with nutty and delicately peppery notes, reminiscent of a well-aged Madeira or port.
This unique smoking experience stems from the special fermentation of the wrapper, which brings out its natural sweetness. The binder and filler consist of the well-known Ashton blend and, combined with the Maduro wrapper, produce a truly unique flavour profile.
Contrary to the widespread misconception that Maduro cigars are very strong, the Maduro from Ashton is actually medium-bodied.
