The hygrometer is an indispensable tool for checking the humidity in the humidor. The relative humidity should be between 65% and 75% measured at 20° Celsius. There are different types of cigar hygrometers. Traditionally, analogue hygrometers are used, which have a mechanical display. They used a combination of hair or synthetic materials that reacted to the ambient humidity and displayed the corresponding value on a scale, such as the Adorini hair hygrometer. Nowadays, digital hygrometers have become more popular. They use sensors to measure humidity and temperature and show the values on a digital display. Many digital hygrometers also offer additional functions such as storage of maximum and minimum values, alarms when certain limit values are exceeded, etc.
With the Cigsor hygrometer you have total control even from a distance. The sensor connects to the Wi-Fi and transmits the values in the humidor to the Cigsor app.
