The wrapper is a velvety, hazelnut-brown Connecticut from Ecuador. The wrapper of the cigar consists of Nicaraguan Criollo 98, which surrounds the filler from the Jalapa and Esteli regions.
John Atherton describes the flavours of this Mezcla 40 as follows:
"The first puff begins with a sweetness that is a little reminiscent of popcorn, accompanied by a slight chilli heat. As the flavour develops, it becomes much spicier and slightly peppery without losing its sweetness."

Mild und Aromatisch
Die Zigarre hat eine ganz dezente Süsse und entwickelt sich dann im Aroma nach dem 1cm.
Feine Noten von Pfeffer und Gewürz.
Mittlere Stärke und gutes Rauchvolumen.
Der Abbrand sowie der Zug sind einwandfrei.
Ich kann jetzt nicht behaupten, dass sie sich extrem im Vergleich zu anderen hervorhebt, aber für den Preis ist sie wirklich gut und hat eine angenehme Rauchzeit.
