About Horacio

The story of Horacio begins in Costa Rica, where it was developed with great dedication by three cigar enthusiasts in 2008. This premium cigar is produced in Nicaragua, which is known for its extremely delicate blends. The climatic conditions there are ideal for high-quality tobacco production.

The Horacio Edicion Especial 2017 Jacques Chancel from Nicaragua was produced in honour of the French journalist and writer Jacques Chancel. A very cultivated man and great cigar lover. This wonderful double-ring maduro releases a melody of leather and tannin. The excellent draw is quick and intense right from the start. The immaculately crafted Gordito starts off soft and mild, then increases in intensity as it progresses. Its flavour spectrum ranges from earthy, nutty and woody notes to subtle coffee tones and light spicy nuances.
