DESCRIPTION

Knob Creek is the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln and also the name of a small river that flows past the Jim Beam distillery. It was first launched on the market in 1992 and is the fourth in the series of Beam Suntory Small Batch Editions produced at the Beam distillery, alongside Booker's, Baker's and Basil Hayden's. Originally created by Booker Noe and aged for nine years, this straight bourbon is now available without an age statement. in 2015, it was awarded Best Bourbon by 95 Bourbons at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Colour: amber.
Aroma: caramel, honey, oak and some rye spice
Taste: burnt oak, nuts, spices and dark chocolate. Long finish with a hint of vanilla.
