DESCRIPTION
For thousands of years, tobacco has been the mediator between gods and humans. Originally, smoking was a privilege of the shamans, the so-called Sukia, from Cabo Camarón in Honduras to the Río Grande in Nicaragua. These "healers" used tobacco leaves for medicine and initiation rites among the indigenous peoples in many parts of the Americas. In their rituals, they communicated with the gods by sniffing or chewing tobacco. They used tobacco to cure illnesses.
A tribute to all indigenous peoples
The Umnum brand is entirely dedicated to this theme and is a tribute to all indigenous peoples who have used tobacco as an axis of fraternal union between their community, for whom respect for nature and the sharing of its resources are fundamental principles that cannot be dispensed with. Solider Budget-Longfiller mit empfindlichem Temperaturverhalten
Die Umnum Nicaragua Hurakan ist ein preiswerter Longfiller, der handwerklich solide verarbeitet ist. Geschmacklich bietet sie ein typisch nicaraguanisches Profil, bleibt dabei jedoch recht linear und ohne grosse Höhepunkte.
Ein wichtiger Aspekt bei diesem Format ist das Temperaturmanagement: Die Zigarre verzeiht beim Rauchen kaum Fehler. Wenn sie zu schnell gezogen und dadurch zu heiss wird, schlägt der Geschmack sofort um. Die Aromen verlieren dann ihre Balance und es dominieren bittere, scharfe Noten. Wer sie sehr langsam und achtsam raucht, bekommt einen soliden Alltags-Smoke. Im Vergleich zur kühler brennenden Umnum Jumbo zieht sie für mich jedoch den Kürzeren. Kein Wiederkaufskandidat.

kein typischer Maduro
wenn Sie auf schöne, tief dunkel gefärbte, ölige Maduros stehen, ist diese hier definitiv nichts für Sie. wenn Sie eher ein Connecticut-Typ sind und nur einen ganz kleinen Hauch der Süße und Tiefe erleben möchten, die Maduros bieten, ist dies die richtige Wahl. Sie enthält praktisch kein Öl, fühlt sich also eher wie eine dunklere Connecticut an. Trotzdem ist der Zug sehr gut und die Asche bleibt bemerkenswert schön und dicht. Es ist eine gut gerollte Zigarre und liegt mit dem 54er-Ring sehr gut in der Hand
