The VegaFina Serie 2 Coupage Edición Limitada 2024 is an exclusive cigar inspired by the art of blending wine. The term "coupage" refers to the practice of combining different types of wine to achieve an exquisite and refined flavour. Similarly, this cigar was created through the careful selection and blending of tobacco leaves from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Paraguay.

Production and craftsmanship

Under the direction of the Grupo de Maestros at the Tabacalera de García, the largest cigar factory in the world, the cigar underwent a precise fermentation and maturation process. The result is a handmade cigar that epitomises the essence of Dominican cigar making. A special feature of this limited edition in Belicoso format (ring gauge 52, length 140 mm) is the two-tone wrapper: a light section on the head and a darker section on the body of the cigar create a striking colour contrast. This combination offers the aficionado a unique aroma and flavour experience.

Aromas and flavour

The blend of tobacco leaves gives the cigar a complex and multi-layered flavour profile. The cigar impresses with aromas of roasted and salted almonds, dried fruit and coffee notes. Subtle spicy notes of clove, cinnamon and pepper as well as a hint of molasses are also perceptible. Leather and earth accompany the savoury experience.

Presentation

The VegaFina Serie 2 Coupage is presented in an elegant 12-cigar box bearing the brand's new VF logo. The cigars are provided with an additional foot ring that echoes the design of the box, creating a harmonious overall picture.

Cigars on the outside: Two-coloured, fine wrapper.
Cigarsinside: Medium rolling, good finish.
Smoke: Slightly creamy with some sweetness. Lots of smoke volume.
Flavour: Roasted and salted almonds, dried fruit and coffee notes with leather and earth.
