DESCRIPTION
The Vegas de Santiago D8 cigars are produced by the Guzman family in the Puriscal region. Puriscal lies just under 1100 metres above sea level and offers excellent climatic and soil conditions for growing tobacco. The number 8 symbolises luck, prosperity and sharing.
Bicolour - two-coloured wrapper leaf
The bicolours have two different wrapper leaves that wind their way across the cigar. These are a Claro and Maduro variant.
Caribbean tobaccos
The Vegas de Santiago D8 is made with a blend of Caribbean tobaccos. Tobacco from the Dominican Republic, Peru and Costa Rica is used for the filler. The binder and wrapper come from Ecuador. All tobaccos are matured for at least three years before being processed.
Creamy with nut and wood
The boutique cigar has a very balanced flavour. Notes of coffee, leather, nut and wood balance each other out. There is also a slight sweetness paired with a fine, creamy smoke.

Glimmende Eisenbahnschwelle
Ich hatte grosse Schwierigkeiten mit dieser Zigarre. Das Aroma erinnert an Karbolineum und Teer und ist absolut eindimensional. Riecht wie im Innern eines alten Eisenbahntunnels mit Holzschwellen. Handwerklich in Ordnung.
